Just finished the tags I made on Tuesday at AFTH. We had a fun morning making these out of very limited resources. We had a sheet of card to make the tags, and old book page, an old dictionary page and the use of the Stampotique range of stamps and Claudine's Studio Line paints.

Suddenly had the urge to prepare my June Calendar page ahead of time and uploaded! I have used the Tim Holtz ticket strip.

16th May Sunday Journaling. The challenge today was to use Dyan's downloads to create a border. Firstly used dabbers to create a background and then picked bits from the downloads with similar colours in them. I opted for pink and turquoise. Just need to do the journaling bit! My second page was done in sepia tones using book pages and bits of stamping and maya road clocks. It was another fun day with plenty of humorous stories. The man in Bradford running off with the box with a dead dog in when he thought it contained a computer was the best. But not for the dog!!!!
Saturday I had another fab day at AFTH, creating a great journal using 7 Gypsies products. Dy worked us hard and there was plenty of homework to complete the journal. Just a few pages from the journal.............. It opens upwards and has a wooden handle to carry it with.

Only 2 week late with this months Calendar challenge May is done with Tim's Sizzix film strip cut out from some paper I used for a work mat whilst spraying some backgrounds. More recycling!

April Calendar challenge. Better late again than never, having been told off by Kate for not posting here is April...

18th April 2010 ...AFTH Sunday Journal. Days challenge was to use a random phrase from a book. This is my offering. "Two honourable and virtuous women" done in the style of Dina Wakley.
